We have worked with a variety of specification programs and can assist in FF&E spec process. We work for you and with you, documenting your selections. Our job is to assist the firm in whatever format you need. From exact manufacturer catalog items, to custom “To Bid” items we have you covered.

we DESIGN it.

We are designers at heart and know the industry so we can also help you with your design sections, sourcing and vendor coordination. Should you need custom hand or CAD drawings to match your concepts, we can help you out with that too. Need graphic material boards, or full presentation compilation? We do that too.

we COLOR it.

It all begins with an idea, a sketch and a drawing. We can help bring that presentation to life with a little coloring. As an expert Photoshop colorist, Rachel is one of the pioneers of her trade in rendering floor plans, elevations or perspectives for design presentations.
